Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
For errors on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds

Exchanges & Damaged Products
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item per our return policy and place a new order for your desired product.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@satinsway.com with detailed photos of the damage. Keep the original packaging and item as evidence. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
